E-learning quality and learner rights

Clear policies for a responsible, trusted learning experience.

This page brings together the controls governing learning, support, assessment, privacy, and accessibility. It is reviewed whenever a regulatory or operational change affects learners.

01

Learner rights

Complete information before a decision.

Before enrollment

The program page states its name, objectives, outcomes, audience, prerequisites, delivery mode, schedule, duration, learning tools, assessment method, certificate, price, and whether an exam voucher is included.

Fair treatment

Learners receive equitable opportunities to learn and be assessed, with reasonable alternatives and accommodations when needed without compromising core learning outcomes.

Rights protection

Learners can request support, file a complaint, appeal an assessment result, or request access to and correction of their data through a published channel and follow the request to closure.

02

Learning and assessment

Every course begins with measurable expectations.

OUTCOME

Clear outcomes

Learning outcomes are published on the course page and aligned with modules, activities, and assessments.

PLAN

Learning plan

Before payment opens, each cohort publishes live-session hours, expected effort, assignment dates, and required tools.

CHECK

Progressive assessment

Courses use a diagnostic check, module self-checks with immediate feedback, practical tasks, and a summative assessment aligned with outcomes.

FEEDBACK

Feedback

The cohort guide states how and when feedback is provided, with a channel for questions or appeals.

03

Onboarding, attendance, and completion

Learners know the path before the cohort begins.

Pre-course onboarding

Before the first session, learners receive the cohort guide, platform orientation, calendar, support routes, device and connectivity requirements, and practical time-management guidance.

Recorded attendance

Each cohort guide publishes how attendance is recorded, the required percentage, late and absence rules, and any replacement-session arrangements before paid enrollment.

Completion and certificate

Completion, passing, required-task, and certificate-type rules are published, and a completion certificate is issued only after the requirements and learner identity are verified.

04

Integrity and identity

Achievement belongs to the learner who earned it.

Identity verification

  • Learner identity is verified at enrollment, completion-certificate issuance, and high-stakes assessments as required by the program.
  • Only the minimum necessary data is used; identity documents are not requested through ordinary email without an approved secure process.
  • Suspected cases are documented and learners can respond and appeal before a final decision.

Integrity and AI use

  • Impersonation, sharing assessment answers, using unauthorized tools, and circumventing attendance or identity controls are prohibited.
  • AI may be used when the educator permits it, with disclosure, output verification, and no upload of sensitive data.
  • Any assessment decision supported by automation is subject to human review and an appeal channel.
05

Privacy and security

We collect only what is necessary.

Current website

The cart stores course identifiers only on your device. Contact forms open your email app and do not submit data to a website database. We do not collect card details.

When LMS and payment go live

Detailed notices will state purpose and legal basis, data categories, retention, recipients, data-subject rights, and how to exercise them before processing begins.

Protection

The learning platform will use role-based access, appropriate authentication, encryption in transit, backups, event logging, vulnerability reviews, and an incident-response plan.

06

Accessibility and equal opportunity

Learning is designed to be accessible.

01

Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, logical headings, alternative text, and readable contrast.

02

Fully separate Arabic RTL and English LTR experiences, responsive layouts, and reduced motion according to device preference.

03

When educational audio or video is added, transcripts and captions are provided, with content and activity alternatives where needed.

04

An accessibility accommodation can be requested before a cohort begins using the form below; requests are reviewed individually and confidentially.

07

Support, complaints, and appeals

One channel and a clear escalation path.

General inquiry2 business days

Target response for enrollment, schedule, and service questions.

Active cohort1 business day

Target response for academic questions, with immediate priority for issues that stop a live session.

Complaint or appeal10 business days

Acknowledgment within two business days and a target decision within ten after complete information is received.

How is a request handled?

  1. Receive and classify the request and its impact.
  2. Request only the additional information needed.
  3. Investigate or resolve and communicate the outcome.
  4. Allow appeal and review by someone not responsible for the initial decision where possible.

For escalation, begin the details with “Escalation” or email info@rsaay.com directly.

The request opens in your email app and is not stored by this form.

Digital conduct and intellectual property

A safe learning space that respects people and content.

RESPECT

Professional conduct

Participants must communicate respectfully, protect privacy, and avoid abuse, harassment, discrimination, or sharing another person's information without permission.

CONTENT

Content protection

SAFE LAB

Authorized labs

Cybersecurity exercises are limited to authorized training environments. Targeting real systems or data, or using skills unlawfully, is prohibited.

Vendor trademarks

Vendor names and logos belong to their owners. RSAY presents training paths aligned with published objectives and does not imply a partnership or authorization without valid documentation.

09

Continuity and learner protection

A fallback plan for disruption or cancellation.

Learning continuity

When a service disruption affects training, learners receive a clear status update and an alternative link, asynchronous material, or a replacement session. The incident, cause, and prevention action are documented.

Program cancellation

Cohort withdrawal and refund terms are shown before payment. If RSAY cancels a paid cohort and no acceptable alternative is provided, paid fees are returned through the payment method and subject to its processing terms.

We review these official sources regularly and translate their requirements into policies, procedures, and operating evidence through our readiness plan.
